I loved the Galleria Park's convenient location. Just a short walk to key attractions and great restaurants. The lobby had a warm, charming ambiance. Fresh coffee in the mornings was a nice touch. I appreciated the complimentary happy hour with delicious gin martinis. The room was clean and modern, but a bit smaller than I expected. Housekeeping was friendly and attentive. The Wi-Fi could use improvement. it was a bit spotty during my stay. Parking options were limited, but the valet service was quick and helpful. I highly recommend this place for its character, though I’d hope for faster internet next time.

The Deluxe Queen Room was cozy and had a sweet mini-bar, which we really enjoyed after exploring the area all day. Activities like lounging in the lovely garden and soaking in the hot tub were perfect for unwinding together. The only bummer was the shower pressure was a bit low, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 🌟

We had a fantastic stay with our grandchild! The hotel is gorgeous and very welcoming, with a lovely terrace that we enjoyed in the evenings. The location is prime, just a short stroll to Union Square and Chinatown, where we explored great food and shops together.
My kids wished the hotel had a pool for some splashy fun together.

Had a great time with friends. We loved the wine hour and the spacious garden. We checked out the local art scene and dined at some fantastic restaurants. The lobby was gorgeous, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
I had a frustrating experience at check-in when my reservation was difficult to locate, taking almost 30 minutes to sort out.
